Becky spent time listening and understanding our situation and understanding that we would not be ready for a mortgage for at least a year (back in the middle of 2020). Becky spent countless hours back then to ensure when the time came we would be ready. Having been disappointed with prior mortgage reps with other companies and their lack of attention to details that were necessary to our situation, Becky went above and beyond. We were honestly lucky to find Becky!!

Becky was kind and professional and she went beyond on a personal level to share a personal experience with me that was more then helpful and basically changed my future for the better. She was also helpful in providing me with simple instructions through the loan process and followed up when needed to keep me on track. I would highly recommend her services to anyone! We have used Becky in the past and really had a great experience. This time we refinanced 2 homes at once. There seemed to be some confusion and delays this time, but I’m not sure Becky had any control over this. Maybe Covid related. On the end, we are happy with the outcome.
