Becky was communicative, and very educational during our first home purchase. She was a key factor in ensuring our closing happened on time. She ensured we picked the best loan option, understood every detail inside and out, and readily answered all my questions in a timely manner. Towards the end of the process, she anticipated what needed to be done to close our loan on time and effectively ensured zero delays in the process.

Being local to us was important and frankly that’s the only reason I would be hesitant on a recommendation to everyone - some people want to “shop local” so they may be inclined to work with someone in their current or future community. It’s why we went with someone out in Black Diamond/Ravensdale/Covington/Maple Valley area versus the office I worked with for 3-4 past mortgages. Also, communication was great and scenario modeling and pre approval was very helpful for us to make decisions.
