Becky was great. It was a challenge as half way through the process I had a home repair emergency. Spent a ton of money, which you're not supposed to do when doing a refi, but Becky worked through it and we closed. Becky was great.

Overall great experience..

Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing. Becky explained all the different types of loans to me and the advantages of each one. She was always available whenever I had questions throughout the whole process and would help me choose which option was best for me!

Becky was very thorough, explained in detail all of our options, prompt and pleasant to work with. Her assistant Hannah was very helpful as well with customer service and good communication. We always knew what was happening with our account.
